Amendments policy

To amend a booking please send an email to info@thyexecutivehotel.com

• Amendments made within 48 hours of check-in will incur an adminstration charge of RM 50 per booking.
• The Hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for any cancellation fees due.

Cancellation Policy

• The shall be no refund for any cancellation of reservation.
• No refunds or credit will be issued for no shows or non utilized confirmed room nights.
• Changes or transferability of confirmed booking names are not permitted.
• Specific terms & conditions are applicable for group bookings, confined to 10 rooms and above.  Please contact the required hotels for more information.
